WorkFocus have had a sensational year at the state ARPA 2022 Excellence in Workplace Rehabilitation Awards, seeing seven winners from 18 finalists being recognised alongside their peers as exceptional in their industry.

In NSW WorkFocus has become the most-awarded provider in the state in 2022, highlighting they have some of the best staff in the industry, with the team winning three awards:

Matthew Knapman – Outstanding Consultant Award – Same Employer, 

Bianca Waddell – Outstanding Consultant Award – New Employer 

Belinda Chand – Best New Starter Award

In VIC Stephanie Christou, Mental Injury Specialist, won the Outstanding Achievement in RTW – Psychological Claim, having previously won the Best New Starter, Original Employer Award in 2021.  Winning two awards across consecutive years, is an amazing achievement so early in Steph’s career!

In WA, for a fourth year running, the team won the Innovation in RTW Award, demonstrating the team’s ability to consistently strive to find new and better ways to help clients in their recovery.

Speaking on the achievement at this year’s awards Marc D’Amico, General Manager, said ‘this success acknowledges the incredible impact our people are having on clients in helping them to get well and working again, we are truly humbled by this recognition, and I’m so proud of the amazing work our winners, finalists, nominees and all our team members are having on people’s, their family’s and community’s lives every day’.

WorkFocus’ team are looking forward to cheering on their seven state winners as they compete for the national award in their category at the National ARPA Awards being held in Brisbane on 18 November 2022.
