We understand for some employers this may be their first workplace injury, and they will be concerned about the impact an employee’s injury will have 
to their business and how they will navigate the rehabilitation process.

Our Small & Micro-Employer (SMiE) Support Program has been uniquely designed and is delivered by experienced Injury Management Consultants, 
to provide tailored support to small and micro sized employers to minimise business disruption and ensure the successful rehabilitation of their employee.

Manage and mentor Return to Work

We provide ongoing guidance to help employers navigating the return-to-work process at times that suit the employer. Our consultant will walk beside the employer to implement an effective recovery and return to work program for their employee, seeing this program through until the employee is fully recovered and back at work or into alternative suitable employment.

Empower for injury management

We help employers access support available to keep their business on track during an employee’s recovery, guiding them through the process from start to finish. Once the employee has returned to work, we leave employers with clear, practical guidance so they feel confident managing any future injuries.
