We provide ongoing guidance to help employers navigating the return-to-work process at times that suit the employer. Our consultant will walk beside the employer to implement an effective recovery and return to work program for their employee, seeing this program through until the employee is fully recovered and back at work or into alternative suitable employment.

We help employers access support available to keep their business on track during an employee’s recovery, guiding them through the process from start to finish. Once the employee has returned to work, we leave employers with clear, practical guidance so they feel confident managing any future injuries.
