How does direct practical coaching work at MindHub?
- MindHub coach has an initial discussion with a business representative to establish:
- Areas of concern regarding mental health within the business
- Current internal supports available
- Guidance on how to address concerns and available online resources, i.e. SafeWork NSW Mentally Healthy Workplace
- Further coaching sessions as needed offering ongoing guidance and support
- Regular check-in calls to build confidence in maintaining a mentally healthy workplace
