Ergonomic Assessment Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

1. By participating in the “Ergonomic Services Giveaway” (Promotion), each participant agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
2. The Promoter is WorkFocus Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 87 085 105 657) of 3 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017 (Promoter).
3. The Promotion commences at the start of the event and concludes at the end of the event. All entries must be received by the Promoter before to the end of the promotion.
4. Entrants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible to enter.
5. To enter, participants must scan the QR code and submit their contact details via the entry form.
6. The Promotion is a game of chance. All eligible participants have an equal opportunity to win based on a random draw. No skill is required.
7. The winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
9. Prize
   1. Ergonomic services delivered by a qualified Occupational Therapist, valued at up to $500 (inc. GST).
   2. Services will be tailored to the winner’s workplace needs, up to the total prize value.
   3. The winner must contact the Promoter to arrange the services.
   4. Services must be delivered by 30 November 2025.
   5. Services must occur within the Perth metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
   6. Only one prize will be awarded.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
11. The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.
12. Collection statement: Your privacy is important to us. Your information is collected by The Promoter and will be used and held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information you provide will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion, sending you our newsletter and for keeping in touch with you about relevant news and information.
