Advisory Services
Aligned with our services that assist the individual within an organization we also have the capability to help with advice regarding the issues that affect workplace health and organizational capability. We are effectively your 'one stop shop' with a range of Advisory Services that respond to specific customer needs.
We can assist employers with strategic advice on Return to Work trends within their organization, providing insight with a view to prevention of future claims. Similarly we can provide consultative advice on an employers portfolio of claims, drilling down to the individual case level if required to assist with the overall management of workers compensation claims within an organization.
We also have the capability to advise large employers in terms of accessing an alternative labour pool via the National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC) and JobAccess services that we administer on behalf of the Australian Government.
A 'one-stop shop' for all matters relating to the employment of people with a disability. Includes online resources and telephone assistance to assist employers in becoming more "disability confident". Operated on behalf of the Department of Education, Employment and Work Relations (DEEWR) since 2006 providing help and workplace solutions for people with disability and their employers. National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC)
Commencing in March 2010 this service provides free, confidential information and expert assistance to employers about recruiting and working with people with disability. NDRC acts as a conduit, connecting large employers with job seekers registered with Disability Employment Services nationally.
Hundreds of thousands of skilled people with disability are currently being underutilized. As Australia moves into another period of skills and labour shortage, employing a person with disability makes good business sense.
