We can assist employers with strategic advice on Return to Work trends within their organization, providing insight with a view to prevention of future claims. Similarly we can provide consultative advice on an employers portfolio of claims, drilling down to the individual case level if required to assist with the overall management of workers compensation claims within an organization.
We also have the capability to advise large employers in terms of accessing an alternative labour pool via the National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC) and JobAccess services that we administer on behalf of the Australian Government.

National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC)
The NDRC provides free, confidential information and expert advice to employers about good practice when it comes to recruiting and working with people with disability. The NDRC help build bridges between large employers with the broader talent pool of job ready candidates registered with Disability Employment Services nationally.

The NDRC understands that employers join the NDRC program at different stages of disability confidence and competence and that as an employer; you may initially have limited understanding of working with Disability Employment Services (DES).
The NDRC team works closely with you to develop an overview of your recruitment processes and preferred method of engagement, as well as gathering hints and tips for success for DES providers and their candidates.
We advise DES and their candidates to visit your company’s website for job opportunities or to contact the NDRC for general information about the application process until this confidence increases.
