NDRC service sharpens focus on employer-led strategies to increase workplace participation of people with disability
MELBOURNE – Following a service review process, the Australian Government today announced the extension of the contract with WorkFocus Australia to administer the National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC) service to 30 June 2015. Effective immediately, the NDRC service model has evolved to place greater emphasis on partnering with employers to create disability-ready and disability-confident organisations - ultimately increasing the employment participation rates of people with disability, including people with mental health conditions.
