We will not pass on any of your information to other parties (without your consent); and we will use our best endeavours to protect your personal information and ensure its accuracy.

Several times per year, we will send out information regarding news and special events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please advise us and we will remove your personal information from our database.

Complaints may also be made to the Privacy Commissioner, however in most cases, the Privacy Commissioner will require the individual to have first made contact with the organisation to see if the matter or issue can be resolved.

Online information

When you visit our website the Web Server makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

• Your server address
• Your top level domain name (for example: "com.gov.au" etc)
• The date and time of your visit to the site
• The pages you accessed and documents downloaded
• The previous site you have visited
• The type of browser you are using

This information about your use only is analysed on a bulk basis for broad demographic content. It also allows us to improve our web site content by determining which pages are most popular. Individual use is not analysed.

When you visit our web site you consent to the use of this information in the manner stated above. If you use our Web Site to complete any online forms, we will only collect the information contained in that form if you submit it to us. If you log out of the Web Site, or cancel out prior to submitting the form, the information you had entered will be automatically deleted. If you send us a message we will record your email address. All information will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it.
