What should you expect when you engage WorkFocus Australia?

Your WorkFocus Australia consultant will take the time to understand your needs and desired outcomes.

Our objectives are, wherever possible, measurable. For example:

• Delivering a training course in Manual Handling is not a WorkFocus objective. Achieving a 95% staff competency rating in Manual Handling within a six week timeframe is.
• In the more complex area of occupational rehabilitation we assess the likelihood of a range of outcomes and work with all parties to reach agreement on the objectives. Then we define the agreed objective as a measurable outcome.
• In the case of Job Network objectives include:
  • sustainable job placement
  • maintaining our 5 star rating performance.

Next we will tailor a plan to achieve the desired objective. We will then monitor performance of the plan and feed those results back to you.

When we are managing multiple cases or projects, we collate the results we achieve and provide effectiveness data to you on a regular basis.
